The hotel location was extremely convenient for finding public transportation and the hotel room was very comfortable being in the middle of the city.
The only detail that stood out was the shower drain was a little slow to where water would pool a bits

The room was too big with a king bed. It was comfortable and cozy. The location was perfect.
The bathroom was older than it appeared in the photos. Also, breakfast was included in our booking, but when we checked in, we were given two voucher coupons worth a total of only USD 25 per person. In reality, that amount was barely enough for an omelet.
I think the hotel should improve the breakfast arrangement, especially since breakfast was advertised as included.

good location with easy access to transport and Union Square. Large and comfortable bed, yet is not making up for the price-tag
Room small badly, carpet need a proper clean, and air need to be refreshed (aircon was old and noisy, keeping me up at night). Shower with no pressure. Breakfast was included in the booking, but I only received a $22 voucher, which do not cover food, drink, tax and tips, ending up to pay additions every morning, pretty misleading, as the included breakfast was a reason I choose the hotel
