The staff was amazing. Very attentive and fun to talk with. Loved the room, the breakfast buffet was good.
We ordered room service delivery for guacamole and chips. EASY right? It was terrible, especially for 20 bucks..store bought guacamole mixed with water to look fresh. The salsa was also horrible, bottled salsa, looks like it was blended to make it seem fresh. I mean they have avocado toast on the menu, but they can’t make fresh guacamole!, It takes the little things to make your hotel elite…..and this was bad.

location is perfect. the hotel has all the right amenities and a nice design.
the beds are not great -- the overlayer put over the mattress makes the whole bed sort of collapse. its soft in a not good way and terrible for back and posture. did not sleep very well. i would change hotels only for this. Breakfast buffet needs more vegetables.

For the majority of the stay, We really loved the hotel. The staff are nice, the food is yummy and beautiful views of the city.
There was blood on the sheets which typically indicated bed bugs. And the towel was frayed, which for an IHG hotel is pretty unappealing.
