The hotel is beautiful and rooms are spacious
The staff was so so. Usually staff at St Regis are amazing, but this time, they weren’t as attentive or responsive

Great property in a great location! Everything I expect from this lovely brand, my first choice every time we travel!
The only thing I would say needs improvement is the breakfast service - especially on weekends, not sure if that’s because of fewer staff? Was extremely slow and waiters seemed lost

Rooms large by SF standards
Excellent accommodating staff which went out of their way to be helpful
Bar service very good
Room furnishings neutral and pleasing
Location near art museum and Market St excellent
Rooms could use a little refresh
Carpet was stained
Area deserted at night but that reflects the state of SF more than the hotel specifically
