Location was perfect- very close to union square. Staff are lovely. Hotel has a games room. Has a water filling station.
There is no view from the room- you are over looking wall and another room window. Although it does have games room, it gets booked out for conferences/ workshops and as the hotel is quite small there is not much place to hang out when it’s booked out.

Great bedding, lots of towels and hand towels in bathroom. Room was easy to maneuver.
Floors were all wood.

Really liked the decor of the property and room. Comfortable bed. Good location, especially if you are doing anything at Moscone Center.
Valet parking is rough and slow. Only one elevator operational. Shower head AWFUL. No options for early morning coffee. Some desk staff seem unconcerned with customer service (cleaning staff excellent)
