It was quiet and low key and easy walking distance from grand central
The reading lounge was a bit of a disappointment - it’s giving Priority Pass airport lounge, not a place I would want to curl up with a book and read. But I appreciate that they have good coffee and snacks included in the cost of your stay

The reading room was lovely and charming. Great to be able to grab waters and snacks as we needed. The rooftop bar was also lovely, we went twice in three days. The staff were were helpful and the overall stay was excellent we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
Our room had a lovely view but unfortunately we couldn’t really see it due to scaffolding. This can’t be helped though, just a reality of a city like New York.
