The location, being near the beach and Golden Gate Park, was ideal. The neighborhood is friendly. The two cafes within a couple of blocks were excellent, as was the Fish restaurant. The room was spacious. The beds were comfortable. The tv afforded ample choices for enjoyable viewing.
The noise level was a bit disturbing, between the bar downstairs and the N-Judah, Saturday night can get pretty noisy. Carrying luggage up and down two flights of stairs is a bit much for a 75 year old woman. The bathroom was a bit crowded - there should be more counter space or shelving for personal items. Staff were very responsive to our needs.

Great location, king size room was quite spacious and huge windows facing Judah bring in a lot of light.
Not many surfaces to put things on. No counter space in the bathroom, only a desk in the bedroom which was already half full with the coffee maker and ice bucket.

The location was convenient to Ocean Beach and Golden Gate Park.
The bed was comfortable with adequate pillows. The cleanliness could have been a little better. I had some dead bugs in the bathroom and shower. Pubic hair on the bathroom wall by the counter. It was nice that they had adequate lighting outside so that when I came in after dark I could see but the bright light shined in my room ALL night long.
