Excellent location near Union Square. The room was clean, comfortable, and charming, making it a great choice for a short stay in San Francisco. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and Antonio at the front desk especially stood out. He was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. His excellent hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. I didn't eat . Great location. A quiet, small , and quaint hotel.
There was no coffee at 9 am and no one around to make coffee, so I left and went elsewhere.

It is a nice little inn, but I was not happy with a number of aspects: 1) my room has no AC, and it was a warm and humid evening in SF, so I slept poorly. 2) the breakfast starts at 8 am, but I had to catch an Uber at 7:30 for the airport. 3) restaurants around the hotel, other than the steakhouse next door, all closed very early for a Sat night.
