Beautiful large room, sumptuous elegant lounge dining areas. Centrally located to SF. Classic old elevator. Tea & coffee & snacks included. The men in reception were very helpful with car parking & luggage.
Would recommend.
Minor issues only: The only black tea they had was Earl Grey, we tea drinkers love Ceylon or English Breakfast. There were plenty of herbal options. No tea making in room. No tissues in room.

Very kind, attentive, and accommodating staff. Charming decor very large one bedroom apartment.
The one bedroom apartment we stayed in a very little natural sunlight available. There could have been a few more tiles provided in the bathroom.

Gorgeous decor of highest quality, very quiet rooms. Morning coffee/tea and snacks. Clerk who advised us how to get to the Masonic Hall, behind the Inn and up a steep hill, without the difficult hike. This one clerk, wish I had his name, was always helpful. The others....
Gorgeous bath and shower, but no rubber bath mat, so eldest guest could not shower. Clerk later provided an extra towel to set down, but that was not a safe substitute.
A Japanese toilet! Yea! But the button attachment did not work. Probably needed a battery change.
Paid extra for parking in the Masonic lot, to cover in-and-out usage. The provided card only worked once, so we had to pay by credit card some of the time. We got exits on Saturday after using the call-for-help button, but no one worked the parking lot on Sunday to open the gates and let us out.
Clerks were almost never at the desk. Usually post-it notes "back soon." No bell to call a clerk from the back room either.
