Lovely hotel in a great location. Within walking distance to a lot of sights and down to the piers. Room very spacious and clean. Staff helpful and friendly, we also used the valet parking which was helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed and linens were super comfortable. Great location - only a few blocks from Chinatown.
Shower was wonderful.
There seemed to be a lot of confusion over request for late checkout. I asked every day of stay and got a vague answer every time.
Phone system also was down one night we were there; didn’t affect us really.
The coffee maker in room was very confusing. You need to provide instructions.
It would be nice if there were grab and go selections for the morning.

the room was amazing, comfortable, had all the amenities
the rooftop is not really a rooftop , more should be offered on the club level, and the jacuzzi is just for 1 or 2 people no privacy
