It was clean and comfortable. Staff couldn’t not be more helpful. Excellent WiFi.
The furniture, carpets and decor were a little battered. The bath had no plug.

The hotel was very conveniently located near Union Square. The valet parking that was available at the hotel was really good and easy (apart from the price was quite expensive in comparison to LA and Las Vegas where we also stayed and used valet parking). The staff were all lovely and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable.
The hotel was quite dated and just needed a bit of TLC in parts. For example, the mirror in our bathroom was cracked and the lighting in our room wasn’t great. Again, we found the parking quite expensive.

the old world vibe of the hotel is so charming... love the room ambience and the staff was nice and helpful. great location!
we didn't get the nice city view room that we did last time but love the beds and decor in the room!

The central location in Union square was great, as the hotel was within walks our distance to the harbour and other attractions. The bed was also comfortable and the room was huge.
The room was very dated, and given the price we paid I’d have expected a bit more. Biscuits and coffee were provided every morning in the lobby, but it would have been nice to have the option of breakfast.
