Everything was good

Location was great especially for flying out of O’Hare Staff was friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean.
We happened to have a room near the elevator which was very noisy. Staff tried to help, but they were full up and the only other room available was similarly located.

The location of this hotel is what keeps it in business. Close to the Airport, Shopping, Allstate Arena, Highways.
The personal. The check-in was everything else but pleasent, including trying to explain to me, I was not able to pay in cash. (you are!) Rude and unhappy staff seamed to be the norm, (we were there 10 days) but this is clearly a managment or training issue.
