There’s a grill outside the back. In the fridge in the room is actually large. The shower is pretty nice as well. The rooms are spacious. And the room is clean.
Nothing to report in that regard. Everything seemed to be spot on.

The owner and her son were very attentive, made sure the room was tidy daily for us, and made sure we had everything we could possibly need during our stay. The room was plenty large enough for our 9 day stay where we didn't feel cramped at all. The grounds are beautiful, with healthy native trees and plants that provided ample shade on the patio for us to sit. The kitchen area had plenty of cookware, glassware, and flatware, and the water pressure was perfect. Overall, we will be returning next year! The affordability and cleanliness really won us over!
The room got really warm overnight, but we bought a box fan and that really helped. We also started closing the bathroom door because it has glass slatted windows that let the cool air from the AC unit out, and that made a drastic improvement.

For the Florida Keys, this was a good value. All I needed was a clean, safe place to stay for a few nights. I did not go there to hang out. It met all my basic needs. The room was nice and cool, and it was quiet inside except for the window unit a/c (which actually provides some white noise to muffle any sounds from outside). Bed was comfortable, bath was adequate. There is a fridge, freezer, coffee maker and microwave. The location is good for exploring the Keys. Key West is only an hour away and there are many parks, tourist attractions and restaurants nearby.
The location was noisy because it is right on AIA and the traffic is constant. There is also a small airport across A1A so there was additional noise from planes. A/C is provided by window units so they provide additional exterior noise. That being said, I was able to sit outside on a couple of mornings and afternoons and enjoy the back garden. If you want some privacy and a little less street noise, ask for a room in the back. If you want coffee, bring your own cup or mug as none are provided - just plates, bowls, and utensils. There also was no hair dryer.

The office person was very nice
Let’s just say the pics are discieving for an efficiency there was no table and chairs to eat at the room was still back in the 70s they really need to change the pics bc the inside does not look nothing like the pics it’s not worth the money they are charging
