We liked our room, the AC was phenomenal. Its location in the Keys was perfect to get to the upper Keys and the lower Keys. A Keurig coffee maker in the room was very helpful.
The pool was clean and we did enjoy it most of the days we stayed, but it was pretty warm. Not as refreshing as I would’ve liked, but I understand the heat is hard to compete with. Parking was a little challenging as we were on a motorcycle and most of the parking areas around our room were gravel.

Location
Staff was not very friendly. Our room was infested with sugar ants, (my wife and I had no open food / drinks in our room) when we mentioned it to the front desk, they sent a maintenance worker over, who then proceeded to spray an unknown substance all over the walls and bathroom, used one of our bathroom towels to then wipe /smash the ants onto the surfaces, Said sorry and left. There was no further action or follow up taken by the property the rest of the evening. Bathroom had command hooks for your towels, which ended up falling off. Chipped furniture, and be sure to request 2 Patio chairs as we only had 1. The Bed was comfortable, there were chickens and wifi, but other than that, we will spend our money else where on our annual trip down to Marathon and suggest others do the same.
