The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
There were several planks loose on the flooring by the bathroom. The made noise when walked on.

1) The price was right for a cheap 2 night stay to rest our head.
2) Customer service very nice.
3) Lots of storage space for 2 adults, toddler and teenager. never felt cramped. Good size rooms
1) The pool was closed, one of our reasons for booking here. When asking if they had sister hotel we could use for pool, was told no and they had just closed pool day before. Not sure if I believe that but what could I do.
2) Our TV was not working, I went to front desk after spending 10-15m trying to fix myself and she stated she would be over in a few minutes. I'm a very patient person and since she looked to be by herself I knew probably wouldn't be a few mins but an hour later we were still waiting. Mind you, I had already done what I could to get it to work. Finally I found cable box and saw cord was loose, simple fix. Done. I went back to desk about 1 1/2 hour later to ask about pool issue being closed and why website stated open during stay. And I let her know I fixed TV, she looked like she had no clue what I was talking about. So I'm assuming she forgot.
