It was clean when we got there, nice AC inside the actual room, liked the room set up.
The hallways were very humid and hot when we first got there, wifi did not work on the third floor at all the entire time. I tried to ask multiple front desk workers about what we could do to get the wifi they claim to offer & none of it helped, the second one just told us to call a tech support number & when we did call them that didn’t help much either the lady on the phone claimed she had to “authorize my device” & said I had to give her the IP address to my phone to be able to connect to the FREE INTERNET they advertise which was very odd to me cause i never had to go through all of that just to connect to a hotels wifi & mind you after giving the IP address & sitting on the phone for over 20 minutes talking to her it STILL didn’t work. So that problem was never fixed. The power went out randomly one day for over an hour, not during a storm just a normal day with no explanation and also the vending is kind of weird cause you have to go to the first floor for snack dispensers it’s the only one in the building & they did have a washer and dryer down there but then on the second floor there was no vending at all despite signs saying there was but they did have a washer & dryer there too & then on the third floor, there was only a drink dispenser no washer or dryer but ice machines on each level so.. it was just kind of an odd set up to me but fine overall I guess.
