When looking at different areas in Miami I did quite a bit of research on the area especially as travelling with children we wanted somewhere with good transport links but a little quieter. The beach place hotel ticked all the boxes. The location was ideal for the trolley, we took the Collins express daily down to South Beach and the 100 bus into downtown Miami. The staff were fantastic and the pool was a fantastic selling point for us.
The room had a few visible signs of wear and tear but the cleaning staff were absolutely fantastic!

Everything was great. The ac worked perfectly, nice shower, the pool was great and you could take the chairs for the beach.

Good location that was just out of the Miami Beach night life mayhem. Clean room and excellent A/C that was not annoying or buzzy.
The television was difficult to use and there was no regular cable option from what I could tell. Could have used more pillows too
