Séjour agréable

La propreté du logement (ménage réalisé tous les jours) et la situation géographique. Cadre agréable avec piscine. Nombreuses places de parking mises à disposition gratuitement, ce qui est pratique en cas de location de voiture.

L'avenue est passante et à certaines horaires, le bruit des voitures peut être dérangeant.

Quizás la ubicación, cerca de la playa y muy buena, con un parque excepcional antes de llegar a ella y paralela a la Collins Av

Close to the beach, yet uncomfortable bed.

Close to the beach and the pool was nice. The bathroom was clean and big and we also had a well equipped kitchen.

The bed was not comfortable and small for two people.

The spacious and tidy rooms, coupled with a seamless and hassle-free check-in process, made for a pleasant stay. The accommodating and helpful staff further enhanced the overall experience.

While there were some positive aspects to the experience, the notable downside was the strong odor of the cleaning products employed, reminiscent of mold remover, which proved unpleasant during the stay.

Definitely recommend to stay!

We stayed here with mom and we definitely loved this hotel! The location of it is perfect - 3 minutes walking to the ocean. Staff is very friendly and lovely! Our room was clean and they cleaned it every day. Price and quality are amazing!

I location fairly decent; the parking needs more but it was very well lit

Would stay there again it was a great location.

The pool was lovely and clean. The room had standard double beds, linens soft and comfy. The refrigerator in the room was awesomely cold for beer and water, that was epic in my book!

Lovely place, very convenient.

It was very clean, beds are very comfortable with great pillows. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and sunny, the ocean a very short walk away. Free parking, something not found on the beach.

There is some road noise.

Very nice staff , room, pool and location.

Staff (lady at the night shift) is very nice and helpful. The value of the hotel is very good for what you get. The room eas very clean and nice.

We liked everything, our only negative point is that the light leaks in the window even though there is a blackout curtain so it is very clear even at night because the lights of the corridor stay on.

Cheap/Clean/Parking/Next to Beach

clean, cheap, tons and tons of free offstreet parking….And just across A1A from the beach. The kitchenette came with small (but not mini) refrigerator, microwave, sink, mini dishwasher and hot plate to boil water or use frying pan. 65 inch Vizio right at my 12 o'clock on the wall across from my the bed was a bonus. For just under $700 all-in (taxes fees etc) for three nights I was uncertain what to expect, but in the end I was very very pleased with my accommodations, and will definitely book again.

Reasonable price for Miami Beach and clean

Good size room, we got an upgrade to a studio which was great and it was moments from the free trolley stop to south beach. Staff were very helpful and the place was clean.

The walls are a little thin so could hear guests coming back late at night.

Super hotel - would highly recommend

The hotel was easy to find, ample free parking both at the front and rear of the property. Room was well furnished, comfortable bed and all facilities, coffee maker, fridge, hair dryer etc. All the staff were super friendly, especially the lady on the front desk who checked us in. Just a short walk across to the beach and the hotel had beach chairs and sun shades you could borrow free of charge.

Location staff

Nothing to do with the hotel or Booking but we got scammed by a person claiming to be from the hotel asking us for deposit prepayment not on Booking. It was our fault, not the hotel. Staff was exceptionally helpful.
