The bakery downstairs had excellent pies, the cherry pie was fantastic. Ideally located with access in and out of town, Walmart and various fast food options very close by. Room was clean, housekeeping excellent, shower good, bed soft, lovely towels. Restaurant was good too and I liked the fireside area on the ground floor with the seating on the mezzanine/2md floor as well.
The restaurant also have a 10% discount for guests.
The extra living wage tax at the restaurant skewed what otherwise looks like good prices. Just update your menus guys, we don't appreciate the additional hidden 16% tax on top of everything else.

We had an excellent stay from start to finish. Check-in was quick and thorough, and the reception staff were exceptionally friendly, even calling to check whether we needed anything. The room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable, with excellent beds that allowed us to sleep well. The location was fantastic, close to all the key spots in Flagstaff. All amenities worked well, the laundry facilities were convenient, and the onsite restaurant served a great breakfast. We left feeling refreshed and very happy with our stay.
The only minor downside was a noticeable damp smell in the elevator, possibly related to the pool located directly below it. Otherwise, we had very few complaints.

For an extended stay, the generous sized refrigerator was very much appreciated. Everything was CLEAN! The staff were great.
The jacuzzi jets worked but the air bubbler did not.

The room was above average
There was no continental breakfast, and was not told there wouldn’t be. Was very disappointing.
