Close to our venue, decently priced for needs. Front desk staff was very kind at both check in and check out.
Every hallway smelled of smoke. Push bar door to secure building at entrance 4 did not lock or latch, but the key worked to make the clicking noise. Patchwork fixes in rooms and bathrooms. Non-utilized breakfast area in the lobby. Car repair in the driveway across from the main entrance.

everything was clean, nice staff, was pretty quiet, good space & lighting in room, air conditioning worked good, has a refrigerator & microwave, tv & wifi worked good, close to kings island and food places, easy parking
air conditioning made loud bubbling sound constantly, no breakfast but has coffee

Check in was very quick and the lady was very sweet and personable. The pool was great as well!

The room was large enough for 2 adults and a dog.
The room smelled of tobacco. Bedding felt dirty.
