The beds were very comfy and the check in process was fast
The lady staring at us the whole time we were making breakfast was very creepy. It was like we were under surveillance. She was staring at us like we were in trouble for making waffles. It was weird.

Room was nice, lots of charging stations, ice cold ac, and clean.
Room was very tight for 3 people, beds were really high up making us joke that we had to run and dive to get into the beds. My 5 year old who climbs on everything couldn't even get up there, we had to help him. The beds needed a step stool! I choose this hotel for the free breakfast, which ran out every morning by 8:30 and they do not refill so I was up the creek without a paddle!

The property was 2 miles from kings island. It was a perfect commute.
We had to change rooms.. 1st the tv did not work, we switched rooms and the shower water in that room didnt go down as it should. We didn’t like that the floor above us at 11pm at night that kids were running up and down the halls .. no one stopped them and it just continued
