Sweet

I liked the bed, it's very comfortable, I always ask for extra pillows. The room is nice. And very clean. The housekeeper is so nice the one that starts at 9am. I come there often every month or every 3 weeks.

Room 407 I don't ever want And room 225 I had on Oct 31st-Nov 2nd I don't like the TV kept on messing up saying no signal I was.missing one of my favorite shows it kept going in and out. And by me coming so often I don't understand Why I can't check in at 10:30am sometimes? I be in Mason for work and sometimes I need to check in early. I know yall should have a king room available around that time. Yall accommodate me acouple of before with no problem. I know the check in time But when I call a day or 2 before my arrival day the front desk person always tell me I can check in at 10:30am that will be no problem Ms Cheryl. They tell me they will make a note of it. But when I get there that Black African man always get smart with me saying we'll they should not have told you that I was so disappointed, I don't deserve to be treated like that. I come there often you can check. I will be making reservations soon and I will need to check in at 10:30am. This is the hotel I will always stay.at. I love this.hotel.

They have bedbugs in some of their rooms

Close to kings island

Bedbugs. Told the staff and they didn’t seem surprised. Got switched to a bug free room. When we checked out we were talking to the front seat lady about it more and she was rude and accused my mom of mocking her and tried to say we were lying about the bugs even though when we found them we brought one down in a plastic cup. Will never go back here and would suggest no one go here because there’s a chance you will have them in your room and no one wants to have to worry about taking those home with them. Also the booking site said it would be $218 after taxes and they charged me $250 so they are stealing your money too.

Decent for the price

Location was convenient to Kings Island. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was great.

Sheets were dirty. Mold growing on ceiling in shower and window curtains.

Would not stay here again. Don’t recommend, especially if you have choose

Location was great. Only 10 minutes from Kings Island.

Room was not that clean, our room didn’t get cleaned at all during our 3 night stay. So we had nowhere for our trash or dirty towels. Pool was not clean & hot tub had a nasty smell. Bedding was stained, pillows were flat, AC didn’t work well so room was muggy. Wouldn’t stay here again. Breakfast was not that great, very bland food.

Room 103.

Michael was great. Made me and everyone else feel special. He remembered something about everyone. Love, I was on the first floor, so I didn't have to wait for the elevator. Coffee was available all day Breakfast smelled delicious.

The refrigerator in 103 needs to be looked at. Loud at tines.

Convenient

Nice staff good breakfast had a indoor pool and jacuzzi a plus close to interstate and restaurants.. shopping centers are very close so convenient to everything and 4 miles to kings island

Bedbugs in the first room. Gave us a different room and it was dirty. Found blood stained on the comforter and had to change that out. Water pressure in shower was subpar. Will never stay at a la Quinta again.

Poor customer relations

Breakfast staff. Most of the maids.

That upon arrival was having issues with cards. Wouldn't take cash. Was told by clerk to go get prepaid Visa cards. (A friend paid first night) Went got Visa cards to cover my bill and gave to clerk which refused to take them. I did as requested by their worker and then you didn't even try to accommodate.

Disappointing

Other hotel guest was more concerned about me then staff or manager

Treatment from some staff. One morning they knocked on my door at 7:45. Why? I was staying . But checkout is 11. Really makes one feel unwanted. Then the night before I left they gave a guest my room . Talk about scared to death . I placed my wheelchair right infront of the door and was happy I had my dog with me to watch over me

The stay was fine but very loud in hallways. Housekeeping came into my room unannounced while I was undressed, which was highly uncomfortable. Complained to the front desk and unsure if anything was done about it.

The bed was comfortable

Rude staff, not clean, staff allowing kids run in the halls until after 3am. I tried to call and no one answered. The entire place smelled like Marijuana. Kids over ran the pool area.

Wasn’t clean. Stains on sheets, blood splatters on wall & window sill, mold on ceiling in bathroom, rusting & dirty bathroom, juice stains on wall.

Things could've been better

My room was on the 1st fl. and close to the exit door that led right to the parking lot. Which made it easier for me to bring my lodge in and out

The pool and the spa needs to be cleaned out ASAP. Spa water was green and all types of staff were floating in the pool. The bath tub needed to be cleaned out before I was able to take a shower or bath. The drain was full of hair😱😱
