The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The entire hotel was spotless clean. Our room even smelled good walking in. Dove products in the bathroom was a very nice touch. The free parking garage was very convenient and I appreciated that they had security every night for it. My favorite part of the hotel was that there was a 24/7 coffee machine in the lobby. So convenient!! There were also many restaurants within walking distance. Great price for everything that you get!
The TV would constantly glitch no matter what channel we were on. There were a lot of homeless people around the area.

We had a pretty good stay overall, and there were several things I really appreciated about this hotel. The staff were wonderful—everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. One of the biggest conveniences was being able to store our luggage both before check-in and after checkout while we waited to head to the airport. That meant we didn’t have to drag our bags all around the city, which made a huge difference.
Our room was clean and had both a microwave and refrigerator, which were great amenities to have. The food was sufficient—not necessarily anything to write home about, but definitely decent enough to get you going in the morning. I also appreciated having a nice tea and coffee station available.
The location was another big plus for us. We were about 15 minutes or less from most of the places we wanted to visit.
The biggest downside was the noise. There was quite a bit of traffic and activity outside the hotel, and on some nights it made it difficult to get adequate rest. The AC also didn’t get quite cold enough for my preference, which made sleeping comfortably more difficult.
