This is a good place to stay when needing tomget to the airport quickly

Comfy rooms, liked the soap, body wash and shampoo pumps, fridge was important to us, loved proximity to airport, enjoyed the large family-friendly pool

Hard to find a working outlet for the Keurig - the computer table next to the pot was probably not plugged in and too much trouble to pull out to check - had to move the pot to the nightstand. Was expecting the restaurant to be open ( no notice it was not) and although a suitable reduced menu was provided at the bar, seating was difficult for our 7 family members, which included children. Food was good though.

All is there

Very nice hotel with all the necessary amenities. The restaurant on-site is good and has some original menu (aka house chicken salad with strawberries). The pool area is nice as well for a relaxing time

The only issue I found was the area itself. It's not very clean outside. You also can't walk out anywhere close by as there is nowhere to go, though the downtown is a short ride away. It is also very convenient in relation to the airport with a free skytrain.

I won't go back there if traveling to Phoenix.

Close to light rail. The food for breakfast and the bar area was good.

Apparently there are smoking detectors in room. When I used the blow dryer it set off the detector and I was given a $400 fee. When contested they continually told me to take it up with my bank and refused to address, the manager was rude. The front desk had additional charges incorrect and seemed incompetent.

Just a place that I slept at.

It was easy to find, close to the airport for the lacrosse teams to access.

Definitely was not set up for 16 different lacrosse teams to stay at. Breakfast needed to be set up buffet style so that the girls could just go in and eat. It was go in and order which wasted a lot of time in the morning when these girls need to be able to fuel up before the tournament. Definitely not enough people working to make this happen.

Perfect airport hotel for travel with excellent shuttle.

Comfy beds! Good restaurant, not too expensive. Great shuttle 24/7 every half hour.

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable bed.

Easy to catch the Sky Train to the terminals. Also a shuttle available.

It’s an airport hotel, so I was disappointed that breakfast wasn’t available until 6.

なんでも対応してくれました。タオル交換も頻繁にしてくれ、朝ごはんも臨機応変に作ってくれました。 24時間ジムが使える。

荷物を部屋まで運んでくれない。シャトルバスがなかなか来ない。周りの治安が良くない。

Way too overpriced

The breakfast wasn’t included in the stay. Spending this kind of money for a mediocre experience was very disappointing! Nothing special about this property at all.

It was okay

Hot tub was nice

The pillows were really soft and uncomfortable, also the curtains wouldn't close all the way and the light from outside came in the window and was shining right on the bed

We had dinner in the lounge area. Food and drinks were great. Erik was a phenomenal bartender and server.

I had a one day travel for business so I took my family with me because the kids were out of school. This was a perfect spot for us.

No sign in the airport to show the way in No answer from the hotel of how the shuttle is working Old room and very noisy due to the AC. View on the different floors of the parking lot . Will not go back

Okay for one night when staying close to the airport, but not for longer.

Shuttle service was good and on time

Very dim lighting in the hallways and our room. Bed pillows were terrible, hard and too thick..in th restaurant I ordered a chicken quesadilla . It was served with a large chunk of chicken skin. Gagged?

It was a super easy to get to this hotel from the airport via the Skywalk.

The location was perfect for me, I was only here for such a short time.

I always have problems with any mattress in hotels because of my back issues.

It is run down, uncomfortable, won't return.

Being close to the airport.

The room we were given already had someone in there! The door was slightly open, and the bed was undone. To our shock, we heard someone in there, so we quickly went down to the reception. They said they accidentally gave out the room twice because of the same check-in and check-out dates. They seemed okay about it and said they upgraded our room to a king suite, but that wasn't correct. The room had two beds instead of a king bed. The fitness center was extremely hot; it seemed like the AC was not properly set because the temperature in the hotel was good. The room was extremely dusty, and one of the bed sheets had stains. A few feet from the hotel, there was a homeless person, and the area smelled like urine. I am sure all cities have their share of homeless people, but just something to note. We were also informed that we should not leave the hotel at night because it was dangerous in the area.

Nothing. Felt very unsafe!

Location, the staff not very helpful. I developed a severed allergy to the staff in the bathroom. Had to be treated as an emergency.

Great for a quick overnight layover

The location to the Phoenix airport sky train was the main reason to book a stay at this hotel.

The area around the hotel is not the best, but you would never know it once inside the hotel.
