Comfy room, and the city view. New facilities.
Can't park my truck into the garage 'cause its height limit. Hv to park my truck nearby, cost $85 per night out of my own pocket. And no swimming poor.

A staff member said that as a returning guest I was unable reserve my ‘favorite’ room.

Lovely large room with great views. Comfortable beds.
I don’t think I have ever met more rude dismissive staff than those on main reception in this hotel. (Early morning staff and bell desk staff were fine). Service was poor and failed to send early morning call as requested
