Good location for the moody centre and downtown area.
Generally a good hotel.
Great service from valet and Bell staff.
Room cleaning staff didn’t clean the room on one day and had to be asked to on another.
Breakfast service was slow on the weekend due to understaffing.

Very nice and updated hotel, which is extremely well maintained, clean and beautiful. I would absolutely stay here again if coming to Austin.
Only issue was slow elevator, but that was really all insignificant issue

This is a nice hotel with good restaurant and bar situated close to the university. Parking is ample, location for UT could not be better.
I paid extra for a room with university view only to be told such a thing does not exist, so don’t fall for that. The rooms facing MLK Boulevard are noisy, unless you are a fan of all night muscle car racing. I did not sleep well. I made several attempts to discuss this with booking.com and the hotel but nobody was prepared to listen. I’ll stay somewhere quieter with better customer service next time.
