The room and breakfast was excellent.

When I checked in I used booking .Com for the reservation. The woman behind the desk stated they did not receive my payment because I used booking.com so she tried to recharge my card the full amount 264.00 which I had already paid in full. Then, I got a lecture from her and my friend about how I should never use booking.com because the funding is never sent on time. I explained that I use different hotel systems and its convenient for me and offered to call booking.com to get the money. Then , she stated she will just deal with it later and checked me in. I was irritated to do this in front of everyone and like im not even a paid guest 😒 which I was. After this, I will not use booking.com anymore and neither use holiday inn. Very unprofessional. Just letting u know, they dont like booking.com
