My 15 yr old grandson said it was the most comfortable hotel he's stayed at in the valley.

Location perfect. Cleanliness awesome! Staff friendly. Beds and pillows VERY comfortable.

This hotel was okay for the price. The customer service was nice but, I don’t think I’ll stay here again though.

I liked the size of the room and the fact that the bathroom was separate from the bedroom in the suite.

No swimming pool or breakfast offered. Also the ice maker didn’t work in the fridge and the air conditioner only worked in the living room area and not the bedroom.

Facility was clean and convenient. Possibly ask guest when checking out, ‘How was your stay’?

Close proximity to our family and activities.

The toilet paper was literally the equivalent of Sand Paper. This is not the right area to cut costs. Rest Areas have softer paper than what was supplied in our bathroom.

this day was short but pleasant. The staff was just amazing.

The room was nice and clean and the staff was absolutely exceptional. So very helpful and kind.

The bathroom sink was very small and there was no countertop to put things on.

Both the evening and morning front desk personnel were exceptional in their duties.and in their assistance to us during.our stay! EVERYTHING was clean, and accessable such as snacks, movies and everything that they had available to the guests! HIGHLY recommend yo other travelors

Great place to stay but make sure to get King size beds.

Loved the location! Across from the Mall and close to shopping and restaurants. Clean and friendly.

Small beds. Was difficult to sleep.

Nice place but a little dated

This facility had complimentary laundry facilities which was a real bonus after traveling for 3 weeks. Saved expense and time in having to do laundry

It was not the hotels fault but there were dog feces that other guests had not picked up on the grasses and even the sidewalk that you had to avoid when walking your pet or walking to load/unload your luggage. There also was no breakfast served due to Covid procedures according to the staff at check-in. Every other hotel we have stayed in during the past 3 weeks did serve breakfast though.

Bed was 6" from the wall. Made it difficult for the person on that side toget in or out of bed.

Very nice stay at a very affordable price

The room was very clean, it was nice to have some dishes provided and the dishwasher was very convenient. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, and the room was very quiet, I couldn't hear anyone next to me. The staff were very nice and helpful as well.

The blanket in the duvet cover kept falling out and was a pain to try to get it back in place. Our remote was pretty dirty in between some of the buttons, but other than that there really wasn't anything bad.
