Exceptional

The pool was ope 24/7. Nice for our grandkids!

The waffle maker was in the corner and created a jam around the coffee

Unhappy handicapped traveler

Handicapped room. The carpet was so soiled that it made my skin crawl. I would never walk with bare feet anywhere in this room. Asked to be transferred to a different room which was right next door and the carpet was 75% better. However, the bathroom clearly showed its years.

The beds and linens were the most comfortable ever, and no over powering smell of bleach. Check in was flawless, Ocean, was fantastic at going over everything we would need to know. Then slept like a baby!

Within walking distance of where we needed to go.

The room was dirty, floors were stained, and furniture. There was a pile of sand in the corner.. random. For the price, I thought it would be much nicer they need to take a carpet cleaner through and clean.

Continental breakfast, and the staff.

The pools bottom was dirty and had sharp places and holes. The jacuzzi grout was not clean either. The pool area had a chair with the same bandaid on it for our entire stay. One of our sheets had an orange stain on it.

The beds were very comfortable, the rooms very clean! We had a room with the hot tub, it was fantastic! And the price was reasonable for what we had! And the free breakfast was very good!!

destination disappointed :(

the pool is great & bigger than we are used to so that was great! the customer relations guy reached out and apologized which was great not many places take accountability.

the room was smaller than most but it was still good. but the cleaners didn’t clean well and our kids found beads from a broken necklace/bracelet on the floor & we found other dirt that was definitely not from us and probably not even a recent guest which is what really made it difficult. as well as loud neighbors like woke our children up loud neighbors. while we were apologized to, the way staff acted towards us, the uncleanliness and ultimately the fact we paid quite a bit to stay in this place really was a disappointment. for the price we paid I expect a lot more than we received. at the very least a clean room.

it was just ok .

the location was good. The bed was comfortable.

I called ahead before booking to ask about the pool hrs . it was never mentioned that the hot tub was out of commission. the main reason we booked this hotel and the staff was rude about it when I asked .the bath tub in the room was way to small.

Hailey was AWESOME!!! She delivered service with a smile and had my daughter and I laughing like crazy! I travel for work and stay in hotels all across the country. She has the best personality I've encountered from any front desk host! Give that girl a raise! She deserves it!

A comfortable night's sleep but will not be going back.

Pool was pretty good, but could have been cleaner. The room was the right size.

They couldn't check us in until 3 hours after check-in time. The carpet was kind of gross. A couple of our towels were dirty.

everything we needed on our cross country trek

this place was a comfortable oasis after being on the road for 12 hours during our cross country move (with cats!). the hotel is truly pet friendly, not just dog friendly, there’s a 24 hour pool and hot tub, and the parking lot easily accommodated our gigantic moving truck. In the morning we got to have a good, hot breakfast so we didn’t have to worry about finding a restaurant before getting back on the road. I hadn’t stayed at a La Quinta before but I definitely will again. big thanks to the staff who make this place a comfortable, welcoming place to stay.
