Family staycation

The staff was amazing they answered all our questions and quick about helping with things we needed help with they are very courteous in every manner.

The beds aren't very comfortable and it feels kind of small for a family of six the bathrooms are tiny divided off from the sink that feels like there's no room to maneuver in the small bathroom with the tub and toilet.

Great Hotel Exceptional Team Who Will Take Good Care Of You

It was the perfect place for our family to stay!

The rooms were great. Wish we had a microwave in the room though!

My only complaint was I was really hoping for a hot tub, but I realize there just wasn’t the space for one.

I was pleased and would stay there again.

Comfortable bed, top floor, nice and cozy temperature. The entire staff was quite friendly and the evening meal and breakfast buffet were definitely above average.

No manager on duty, and the outside grounds were a bit dirty. One of the few hotels with an indoor pool but no hot tub, the bar/restaurant was tiny and not what I expected.

Checked into a room that was already rented out! Had to pay to have my lost item shipped to me and staff forgot to send it for more than a week after I reminded them.

Comfortable place to stay.

The bed was very comfortable. It was clean. The staff was great!

Our toilet in 213 was running off and on throughout our stay. I do not want to have to pay for parking at the hotel. If this is implemented I may choose another hotel.

Good location, you have ask for your room to be serviced, staff friendly but lacks follow through.

Room was well layed out, clean when we arrived. Checkin good, there was an issue at checkin that I had caused when booking, but they were able to resolve. Included breakfast was good. Neds were comfortable.

We had noise neighbors a floor above us.jumping, clunking or exercising, what ever they were doing, would go on until almost 1am. We would call the front desk while it was going on and nothing would happen. The front desk would apologize over and over, but it took until the fourth night before the issue was resolved.

It was a place to stay.

We loved the lobby and the breakfast was great! The halls were lit nicely and the pool was fun.

Our room was still dirty and the bathroom door didn't latch or lock properly. Our AC unit wasn't working and there were crumbs and trash under the couch/pull out bed. Our bedding was stained and our pillows had long hairs all over them.

It was nice, spacious and very clean.

We had arrived and checked around 4 pm and then left for a few hours. We got a call while we were out but couldn’t understand the purpose of it. We called back 3 times and nobody was answering. When we arrived for the night our cards weren’t working and had found out that the previous employee had checked us out. The current employee was confused as to why she would check someone out after they had checked in and left their stuff. The late night employee was helpful and unlocked our door for us with no issues. Would’ve had a better experience and review if we didn’t get checked out without us knowing anything about.

Swimming pool was over crowded on Saturday night...Not enough pool towels.

Really good for the price but if you're pampered & expect high quality you'll be disappointed.

The price was good for what we got. It was quiet most nights and comfortable. The location was good. The staff was friendly. It was clean. Loved having the area with a couch so we could sit comfortably while we were in the room.

We were supposed to have 2 queen beds but got 2 double beds. The picture showed a full kitchenette with dining table. We did not have that, just a bar sink, mini fridge and microwave and a desk with 1 chair. The bathroom was extremely small and the drain would not drain properly so we had to stand in water up to our ankles when showering. There was no area to get any privacy to dress and undress so my son had to cover his eyes while I got dressed and undressed. The TV did not work while we were there. We waited about an hour while someone tried to fix it but couldn't wait any longer and had to leave so it was never working for our stay. The food was not very good. Powdered eggs, pancakes and french toast so hard it couldn't be cut with the plastic knives. Not a great breakfast but ok. It held us over for a couple of hours.

I will not be staying here again.

It was clean. Rooms are large. It is good for a family.

The breakfast is not good. The food was warmed over and nasty. Not very much to choose from. The staff could not seem to understand that I was paying one night and my daughter was paying for next night. Therefore, we got no towel exchange the 2nd night. NO HOT TUB! No towels for pool. People we’re having birthday parties here with kids screaming and running up and down the hall.
