This hotel had one of our favorite pools EVER, and we have been to a LOT of hotel pools. The water was SO warm and it was a very large and spacious room with plenty of space for people to put things. My kids commented several times how awesome the pool was and how warm it was. So that was definitely a highlight. Breakfast was great too and our room was also great.
Not anything I can think of. Great stay!

The beds are clean & comfortable. I liked that our "neighbors" were quiet. The refrigerator was cold. I liked that there was a night light either left by someone or maybe provided so we didn't have to leave the bathroom light on all night. Housekeeping took our trash for us & were very kind about it.
We've stayed at this location a dozen times & I've never had an issue with hearing the traffic nonstop all day/ night, until this stay. It was genuinely so loud. The water pressure was so bad a 10 minute shower turned into a half hour just to rinse the soap out of my hair. The breakfast was no where near as good as it usually is, but I guess at least it was available, so there's that. I didn't enjoy that bcuz I booked through a 3rd party they refused to provide me with a receipt of checkout or anything showing proof of my stay. & this might be me just nitpicking, but one of the elevators was not working so if we needed to go up/ down we'd have to wait 5-8 minutes each time just to get to/ from the 4th floor. Overall, I wasn't impressed this time, but it could have just been that room bcuz we've never had this experience prior to this stay & we've stayed at this location dozens of times.
