Wonderful stay worth the money

They should check a room availability before giving people check in

Good location

No shower soap and shampoo in shower room , window in the bathroom can’t stay open when you put it up and also the AC cover control system broke off , a chair is so dangerous , I hold my food and sit on a chair and I lean back, I almost flipped over with my food. Just like a movie show nothing worked

Everything was wonderful, except the marijuana smell.

It was a nice convenient location. Close to lots of fun stuff to do. The place was clean. Bathroom was clean.

Every time we leave and come back the room smelled like marijuana. We had to ask for air freshener to spray to kill the scent.

Not worth the price being charged!

Very noisy - people outside your room talking and general noise road noise made sleeping difficult. Room sound proofing is very poor.

I will stay again next year

The room we had had a luxurious king size bed that I can't stress enough was luxurious. The room was big, with lots of room to pass each other; the table with chairs were perfect and comfortable; desk chair was perfect office chair on rollers and comfortable; bathroom was bigger than expected and updated to modern tile design in the shower/tub and granite countertop. I actually, didn't want to leave the room because I was so comfortable.

Fine for an overnight stop

Comfortable bed, desk. Even though on busy road, it was quiet at night.

Air conditioner was very noisy, walls were thin, king bed rooms were on the small size. Our room was in a corridor so was very dark even with curtains open (118)

Good budget stay in Monterey

Generally comfortable, well located. We stayed here as a pit stop and base to move around the area and it met the expectations for it

Adequate for the relatively low price. Would stay again for short trip.

Clean. Comfortable. Everything functioned well. Quiet at night. Parking was easy.

Clerk at front desk was very rude. Our upstairs room was older, and had very small bathroom.

I would stay at this property again for future visits. Easy drive to downtown and large mall.

Location. Comfortable bed. Good bedding. Cleanliness. No odor. Heating/cooling unit worked quickly and well. Complimentary coffee, hot water and juices in separate room on ground level. Provided a late check out after our race, so we could shower.

Low shower water pressure. Refrigerator was not very cold.

I might think twice before returning to this particular hotel.

Close to wharf

The inability to use one handicap parking space. It’s in a corner and not accessible. It appears that they have two compliant spaces but only one is usable. The stairs close to our room were also not compliantly spaced and it was difficult for my daughter to go up and down. They’re a hazard.

Bad

I left my sons tablet in there and the tracking showed it was in the hotel an hour after left. I called to see if they could me find it because it’s signed into my accounts and Brian wasn’t helpful he said he would call me back the next day to let me know the status and he never called I had to call back multiple times and they never even tried helping never going back there again.
