The hotel was clean and modern, the location is great.
Pool is very small compared to the size of hotel and the number of guests, apparently there are two pools which one of them was under renovation during our stay.

The property was clean and the staff was great. We really enjoyed the stay and had been to the Grand Hyatt many times before attending our granddaughters dance competition. I can see ourselves staying here in the future.
We had some issues with the shower in our room. It only had hot water during our second day. I called and it was fixed after the engineers showed up. It also leaked a bit even when the water was shut off.

The property is beautiful. So comfortable on all levels. Hotel Staff was great. Only small complaint was ACE staff and how they give wrong information about time-frame to when your car will get brought to you. 5 to 10 minutes turned into 20 to 30 minutes. Do better ACE to compliment the nice job the hotel employees succeed at.
