The location was decent for the convention center. Rooms were clean(ish) though there were hand prints in our shower. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very nice.
The pool water was dirty. I was not alerted via text when my room was ready (had to ask a few hours later). There was no available space to sit and eat if you brought food in as they wouldn't allow on the roof/bar area and the seated area was in use/reserved, so my group had to eat in the lobby. There numerous groups of homeless folks sleeping on the street, though that was cleared up after the first night. I was not warned that I would be charged $150/nt for incidentals.

How clean the hotel was.
I did not like how the 1 bdrm was very small. The lighting in the rooms was not that good. No good lighting for pictures and not really any space to take pictures in The full body mirror. Everything else was fine, just might get another room next time.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Everything was very organized and the place felt fancy without being over the top. The staff was very nice and helpful, and the valet service made everything easy and convenient. I also really liked the restaurant and rooftop bar — they were definitely highlights of the stay. Overall, a really great place and I’d stay again
One thing I didn’t like was that even though dogs are allowed, there wasn’t really any designated dog area outside like most places usually have. It wasn’t a huge issue, just something that could make the stay more convenient for pet owners. I also noticed that the room I booked online wasn’t exactly the same as the one I received at check-in, but the room was still very comfortable and overall I still enjoyed my stay

The location was excellent for nightlife, the hotel rooftop was also good fun with a swimming more like a paddling pool and a great atmosphere. Good nights sleep.
The service was very poor, wife and I spent 7 nights / 8 days there, not once did we get a full housekeeping of the room, when we arrived reception explained thay have a eco policy not changing the sheets or towels every day - every 3 days. Which we agreed too with reassurance that if we needed anything they would do.
The room was cleanish, not much hanging or draw space. After 2 nights I asked if the room could get a service due to bins overflowing, sheets were soiled with sweat , Reception refused and we made a compromise to empty bins and it would get a service the next day. On the next day after seeing the cleaner on our floor for 4 hours I asked if she could do our room. Our room never got hoovered, sink, shower cleaned, restocked complementary treats. I had to ask for towels to be swapped- there wasn’t one thing they did without me asking. The tea, coffee and hit milk was nothing special I did highlight my dissatisfaction over it all.
We waited a long time to be served at the rooftop and in the end we would go to bar and get served.
Overall with the little things on top of each other I’ll give this hotel a miss.
