It’s my favorite hotel in Phoenix makes me fill at home
Theres nothing to not like about this place everything is beautiful peaceful and zero noise and a beautiful outdoor pool and the people 100% good customer service

I was right across the street from my office so it was nice. I had a room at the end of the hall so not much traffic, room was clean. Housekeeping is not automatic you have to call 24 hours in advance. The bar onsite was nice, breakfast was 10.99 and was hot and fresh. Staff was super helpful and friendly . Heads up if you book a waymo it can not come to the hotel. Didn't know that until it dropped me off at night :) The hotel was constantly being cleaned, everytime if left my room someone was mopping or cleaning.
I was happy with my stay. I have nothing bad to say about this location or the staff. It was affordable and suited my needs.

We like that it is close to Salt River Fields for spring training. Close to restaurants and shopping too.
We liked it fine 2 years ago. But this time there were a bunch of little league players in the building. Their coaches and parents did not watch them. They ran through the halls, yelling and screaming. They also were playing door bell ditch. We told staff about it but no one seemed to do anything about it. Frustrating because there is a pool the kids could use, and plenty of open space near it. Yet the adults let the kids run wild in the halls!? Not so sure we will be back.
