No iron in the room, streets near by were very scary and unacceptable.
Not much at this location.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room wasn't particularly spacious, but it was comfortable and had everything I needed. Most importantly, it was very clean.
There are quite a lot of homeless people around the area, which is something to be aware of. Some even entered the hotel lobby during my stay. The staff dealt with the situation and asked them to leave, but it's worth keeping in mind, particularly if you're unfamiliar with the area.

Friendly service, clean environment
Rooms are small, but good for one person, And views are limited. But good bang for your buck

Central location. Great to walk downtown LA.
Staff was friendly.
The room was very small. The AC smells bad and is extremly loud. No chance to keep it on overnight which makes the room hot. In general the air within the whole hotel was rather bad. Bathroom is old.
