The breakfast, the toilet and shower in my room, the customer service, the tablet that controls the lights and curtains.
I sorta disliked how there were a limited few channels on the tv. I didn’t like there was only one blanket for the bed because I was there with a friend not a girlfriend so I didn’t want to share a blanket and scoot closer and it barely covered both of us.

Stayed at this place a second time and it has definitely stayed amazing from the last time . Gym was clean and they make sure there’s a security guard at night due to the homeless nearby but compared to last time , I felt a bit safer as the city is improving on the homelessness. Love the decor too and how close it is to the Metro for you non car folks out. Hotel is 30-45 minutes from major tourists attractions.there and local stores/restaurants nearby .
Not me but a lot of people had issue with paying for parking , said it was too expensive

Clean, bed was comfy, location downtown was convenient to train and bus.
Way too techie. No in room coffee/tea. Shades, lighting, temp all had to be managed through an IPad. Room was tiny. It had a window, but I could not see out without crawling over the bed.
