it was in a quiet area.

The exterior doors did not lock so it wasn’t safe, the halls were so poorly lit, dirty, blind staircase, homeless sleeping in halls, noisy, awful TV, messy, untidy, didn’t even shower because it looked so gross.

The location was good. Fairly easy to get to.

Everything was tired. Window in room seemed slightly open and couldn't close. Bed was clean but lumpy. Bedspread had weird spots. Breakfast was plain. The garbage area looked like a dump. Had a mattress and couch sitting by the dumpsters. Side doors weren't locked. No hot water at bathroom sink. Hot water in shower, though. Damp carpet outside of bathroom.

The grounds were horrible. Mattresses and other garbage piled up at a back dumpster. cigarette butts everywhere. In need of some cosmetic renovation to the exterior. Looks rundown. Downstairs restroom toilet obviously had not been cleaned. Alot of dried urine streaks down the outside of the bowl to the floor.

We liked the shuttle driver... and the sweet older gentleman at 4am...

Everything looked either broken or very very old? Not at all like the pictures when we booked! Front desk person has a rude attitude, not very welcoming. We were asking questions about "breakfast to go" (which was advertised, but not actually a thing that happens) & morning shuttle, while his lady friend sprawled herself on a ripped up chair in what appeared to be her pajamas 2 feet from us checking in, very unprofessional, just saying. Please spread your guests out a bit? After going down the long, narrow hallway, something legit from a horror movie, to the very end, with people across the hall and next door while there appears to be nobody else on the entire floor? It was weird and seemed unnecessary? While the sheets appeared to be freshly laundered, my sister's bedspread had what looked like cigarette burns on it? Door lock was jenky, air conditioner smelled like dust. There were places within the same price point and proximity to the airport and we made the wrong choice based on better than reality pictures on the booking website and made up amenities, like free on the go breakfast...

Staff are great, and very reasonably priced. Excellent help when needing to change our stay from abroad, and great option to leave our vehicle.

Hot tub broken so the pool was about 100 degrees to compensate.

The price for the proximity to the airport was the main draw. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The washroom was clean and towels were clean and soft. The heater worked well and could be adjusted to a desirable temperature.

There was something on the surface of both bed covers and noticeable stains. The dust on the headboards touching the pillows was off putting. The wifi didn't work effectively, browsing would either take forever to load a page or just get stuck in a loading spin.

I was tired, the desk clerk kept pointing to the back door, I was not understanding his directions and asked for a map and he said they didn’t have one. I got in my car, drove around the. building and still was not aware of where I was to go. went back to the main entranced and finally found the door I was supposed to go in. found my room and the clerk said the door would be hard to open and to put my hip into it. The door would not open. I had to go back to the desk for the third time and a young lady went back to the room door, shoved it open as hard as she could and it finally opened

They provided a decent breakfast, better than most motels of their price range. The room was inexpensive, but it was comfortable enough.

The location was on the outskirts of the city, probably with little security. The vehicle parked right next to us had its driver's window smashed in, an incident which caused us to be diligent in watching over our own belongings.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. They had a nice array of breakfast items and kept it stocked and clean.

They need an ATM machine in the lobby.
