This is the third time I’ve come to the Springhill suites the first time the front desk. The staff was exceptional. Great service great attitude. Great smile at the front desk warm welcome so my last day was even better when I come back to Alpharetta that’s my place to stay thank you for a great service.
I love the ladies at the front desk. All of them was great well mannered really nice going.

It had nice spacious rooms that were clean and the staff was outstanding
The rooms were a bit dated, especially the bathroom. The Hotel charged me for the room, even though I had already paid in advance through Booking.com. Now I’ll have to fight for a refund and I hate that. When I was checking in, I was told they would only charge a $25 deposit for incidentals but now I see my bill I was charged for the room, tax, and something else

Comfortable beds and a great walk in shower! Housekeepers were very nice as was receptionist.
Breakfast - typical hotel meal.

Breakfast was very good. The location was ideal.
Everything was great, EXCEPT....my unit had a foul-smelling odor.
