We really enjoyed the hotel’s central location to all the shopping areas and the wide range of restaurants. The front desk staff was superbly outstanding. Cristina, Euneka, and Siong were extremely helpful in assisting our last minute changes to our visiting schedule. The cleaning staff deserved an outstanding shout out for a great job during our 10 days stay at the hotel. All in all, we had a great experience at this hotel. It was probably the best Marriott we have stayed in the Pacific Northwest.

Convenient location for airport, clean bathroom and bed/ room.
Sofa bed not prepared despite booking for 4 people, only one pillow for the sofa bed, only three sets of towels for 4 people. Breakfast choice was very limited, no coffee machine at breakfast. The paid car park had two truck cars with people obviously not booked into hotel despite no trespassing signs being displayed throughout. No shampoo nor shower gel/wash available.

The staff was great. Cleanliness not so much. The mattresses need upgrading. Televisions are old. The facility obviously was very nice in the past but needs upgrading.
