We did not have Breakfast. We stayed on a Sunday night. Walked around the area.We have stayed there before and always liked the location. Live in Scottsdale and waited to be in a cooler place for the night. The view in our room was not that nice and lots of construction was going on in that part of the establishment. Was very busy in the lobby but they did help us check in and out quickly. Wish they gave Az residents a Summer discount.
Everyone likes a good deal. So of course pricing for return Arizona residents.

The location and price
There was no overwater in the kitchen. We should have been told about construction and that this room had not been renovated yet
