The hotel was easy to find; however, finding our room location was difficult. The room was large and quiet, however, the air conditioner was very loud.
We had a "handicap accessible room", however, the set-up in the bathroom was poor. There was only a tub (not a walk-in shower as expected). The hand-held shower was very difficutl to use (it leaked and sprayed water out of the joint). The tub was very difficult for me to step over to use the shower. There was only a very small, free-standing sink with no counter, so no area to place our toiletries. There was no shower cap provided for my use. The mattress as well as the pillows were too soft to offer any support.
