Clean room, nice bathroom/shower, fridge, Wi-Fi worked great, excellent location, easy walk to Big Bear Village.
Parking area is close, but dark, rooms open to parking lot, motel-style; a female staying alone might not necessarily feel safe but overall a decent little hotel.

Rooms were clean and beds were pretty comfortable. Couches were nice and the full size fridge was nice to have.
No A/C! Being almost 90 degrees in Big Bear, the rooms were miserably hot and was difficult to sleep at night. Would be nice to have it listed somewhere that there was no a/c in the rooms
No soap for our bathrooms, we had to go back to the front office to get soap and toilet paper. Shower heads are way short.
For the price, definitely not worth it.
