Breakfast was good, although limited in selections. Parking was close and lot was well lit. Staff was friendly.
No clean towels or room service was provided. Had to go to front desk to ask for clean towels. Did not like the $100 fee charged to my card - temporarily! Still waiting for a refund one week later. Room was in need of updating. The painting (walls) was not very professional as paint was on the curtains and fixtures.

I loved the compassion and assistance the staff gave. Their attention to detail is amazing. The manager is a great individual, always taking time to talk to the consumer.
The only thing is that the parking lines need to be painted, so consumers can see them better. Other than that, everything is amazing.

I liked the location in proximity to Travers city.
For the price I expected better quality furnishings throughout the place. It seemed a bit grimy. When we got to our room there were little things that made it feel dirty. There was long hairs stuck on the back of the bathroom door, there was tape on the ceiling leftover from a previous guests idk maybe decorations or something, there were stickers that had been placed on the wooden headboard and half removed leaving some of the sticker and damage to the headboard. You needed two hands to open the mini fridge or you would pull it right out of the cabinet. The door jamb was visibly damaged from where someone had gotten into the room without a key. It was fixed to the point that the door and lock worked just fine but seeing that damage does not lend well to a good nights sleep! The ice machine by our room was out of ice and we had to walk a ways to find more. The doors that say to “keep closed” and are there to help prevent a fire spreading keeping other areas and people safe were intentionally propped open through the entire upper level hallway! That is not safe.
