The property needs a facelift from outside, but the rooms were good and comfortable.

It was mainly the location we were looking for, we were visiting the Air Base at Altus.

Its run down no fridge in room remote was falling apart, toilet was leaking water all over the bathroom floor. Phone in room didn't work. On top of that a $25 00 pet fee. Plus the cost of the room.. not worth it..

Disappointing

The staff was friendly. Cheap place to stay if your not expecting much.

The room seemed dirty, the towels were stained, the heater unit made so much noise I couldn't sleep well, the refrigerator needed defrosting so bad that it froze everything no matter the temperature setting.

absolutely nothing

this place is infested with rats. and im not talking about the ones that work in the front desk. literally rats everywhere i dont know how the state doesn't shut this place down. if you're ever in the area, don't even think about staying here.

We ended up leaving because it was GROSS. I wouldn’t have stayed even if it was free.

NOTHING AT ALL

This is by far the WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed at. If your looking to do some dope and hang with the homeless then this is the place for you. we got a room, went to it and apparently someone had broke in and been staying in it. So we got another room and it was just as nasty. Bug splatters on the wall, floors haven’t been vacuumed since the 90s and not to mention the beds and appliances are from the Stone Age. I really don’t know how this place is still open. it’s DISGUSTING.

Location was great and the staff was friendly enough. The bed was comfortable. Overall not a bad stay but not the best.

The carpets were stained, The a/c unit made so much noise that you could barely hear the TV. The room also had kind of a funky oder in it.

I went to the hotel and took some things that I had bought in Colorado with me at I know with me I left the bag in the room and I tried to go back and get it after we had checked out and we were literally just left and I tried to ask the government to get some stuff we left and they said no and refused to let us back in.

These people stole our stuff They kept a bag we had accidentally left in the room and we came back to retrieve it moments after we checked out and they refused to let us back in the room and they kept our property telling us to leave and get off their property they are thieves and they seem to be racist of Americans

Will never stay there again.

The ONLY good thing about this hotel is the comfortable bed

Old filthy looking towels, internet is non-existent, dead bugs on old filthy carpet.

Disappointing

Price was good for the stay. Great location.

No one at front desk when trying to check in. Website stated WiFi was included but no info given. Place smelled like smoke. Towels were dirty and mini fridge was disgusting.

Very poor

The staff was rude the house was very rude even when I already didnt like it. I said thank you as we left to the housekeeper she was rude just walked right by us. I didnt like how we had to go to the store,but when we came back the housekeeper came inside our room. I didn't like the selection on the tv ,and this hotel 8 we weren't happy at all customer service does make a difference. Smiling 😃 and welcoming makes makes people wanna come back. We were unhappy.
