I can tell that the staff really cares about Customer Service. And very hard-working.
I think the carpet in the hallway on the upper level needs to be replaced very stained. That is not the staff’s fault. You can tell a lot of construction guys stay here.

The staff/manager on duty way over to take care of myself and the other guest on the property.
My room was over the front door which slammed closed through out the night

Place seemed to be clean and renovated.
People must live in the rooms when not rented. Seemed like a lot of homeless people hanging around in the parking lot and pavilion area. Small area for breakfast, ice machine didn't work , hallways were dirty. Always seem like new check in's needed to wait for room to be clean. Not sure who was in charge when having a question the maid or someone walking around that seemed to be homeless.
