Economy hotel, so cost was very good
Towels were too small. Bedsheets were not changed during my 5 day stay.

We liked how friendly the staff was and how great they met our needs. Rooms were a great size. Beds were very comfortable I would definitely stay at this hotel again the next time I go to New Richmond Wi. Breakfast was ok more choices would have made it better. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

I had a room with a firm mattress, I should have asked about a softer mattress for my comfort.

The sheets were clean , the bed and pillows were comfortable.
Very grungy, stairs were filthy . No elevators . Everything was old , peeling paint , outlets were all loose .rusty spots on the bathroom floor . Door to room was chipped up and rough looking .
