It was located close to our half marathon race!
The two young staff members at the desk kept telling us that the rooms would not be available until four at check in time. As soon as the both left at 3:01pm went back to the desk . The nice gentleman said oh we have Available rooms now. Wow what a coincidence that as soon as the two staff members left five people checked in..

The location made access to Rocky Mountain National Park easy. The free breakfast was available early, which provided the opportunity to get into the park before crowds arrived.
The hot food items for the breakfast brunch were luke warm to cold.

Dated room despite recent “refresh”. Cheap motel feel. Especially the hallways with their dirty carpet, low ceilings and dark interior.

I wanted to share feedback regarding my recent stay at your Holiday Inn location in Estes Park.
Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing and below the standards I normally expect from Holiday Inn. When we arrived around 4:00 PM for check-in, our room was still not ready. We were asked to leave, take a drive around town, and call back later before returning to see if the room was available. After a long day of travel, this was very inconvenient, especially with family and luggage.
Additionally, the bathroom condition in the room was poor. The bathroom exhaust fan was not working, making the bathroom uncomfortable to use, and the bathtub did not have a stopper, which was inconvenient for our family during the stay.
Overall, the room and service did not reflect the quality and comfort typically associated with Holiday Inn properties. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and that these issues are addressed for future guests.
