Location good but facility needs work and more staff helping to clean before guests arrives

Location

I really thought it was abandoned when I got there from looking at the building. It Bags full of trash waiting by the elevator upstairs along with piles of dirty towels. Water pressure is EXTREMELY LOW and the water doesn’t get hot. There’s a window busted on the side of the building. The heat in the room doesn’t heat up. 4/10

The staff was horrible. The hotel is ghetto. There were no wash clothes or toilet paper in the room!

Very happy

The night time clerk was amazing. Brought up my cell phone that I left at front desk,before I even knew I left it there. Also changed my room when I told him my room was too hot.He did it fast with no problems. Very nice guy. Very personable and was there to please me.

The staff checked another lady in under my name and checked her out before I arrived. Not sure how that happened especially since she should have shown her ID to check in. Then they would've known it wasn't me. I paid in advance. Had I not made a big deal about it, I would've lost my money

outside exterior and beds we’re comfortable

it was dirty, rooms were small, air conditioner had black mold in it and filter needed clean, was not worth the money, smelled like weed and cigarette smoke, toilet seat was broke, and room stayed hot despite having the ac on

bed was comfy.

the location was sketchy. condom boxes in the parking lot should have been my first clue on how the stay would be. it just didnt feel that clean and the room had kind of a funny smell. the vibe of the whole hotel is just dark and dim and depressing. and for $160 I kind of expected more. next time ill just spend an extra $40 for a hotel in the vista.

Booked online because the pictures look very clean but the hotel isnt at all what the pictures show.

The hotel was definitely like the pictures shown on the website. Very dated. The room we stayed in was clean but the hotel itself was not.

The lobby area could have been cleaner. The lobby itself needed updating. And the website needs to be updated because the hotel looks way dated in person compared to the online pictures.

Very good

Spacious room. Very cleen. Modern appliances. Good parking. Pretty comfortable bed. Nice TV screen and workstation. Decent wifi suitable for work. Very good price.

Had to ask for a new room key 3 times as it didnt work after using it once. They didnt clean my room 1 day even when I left it at 9AM. A bit far from everywhere to walk. Car needed 100%.
