The stay was ok

It was close to a lot of eating places and shopping centers.

They need to replace the AC room units. The chair in the room was rusty. The room had a mold smell, brought air freshener it didn’t change anything. Microwave was rusted as well

The owner manager (anil) was rude , not what one would expect in hospitality business. I will not patronize this establishment again. He got irritated about me asking for a 2nd key ( which is a minimal standard at every place I've ever stayed when I've had 2 or more people) Toilet was stopped up when we arrived .... I had to plunge my own toilet and when I asked if we could keep plunger over night in case it happened again - was told this was the only one available until maintenance comes on duty the next day . That wasn't a big deal but me having to go to front desk and get a plunger and do it myself is not acceptable. Water pressure was bad .... My wife needs a little bit of water pressure to wash hair - it was barely above the trickle level. Left a day early and won't come back to this place

You had to be in your room at 10pm which is considered quiet time at the hotel. If I was had known this before booking I would have never booked at this hotel

Acceptable stay for the price. Clean. Decent breakfast.

The hotel was what would be expected for the price range. Decent breakfast, clean room, somewhat comfortable bed, and decent pool.

Staff at desk was okay but could have been more knowledgeable about the property. Unhappy that the website states there is a self laundry room when there was no laundry facility in the building.

We experienced a pleasant stay and enjoyed our weekend in Savannah.

We were satisfied with the room. Our king bed was clean and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised at how quiet our evenings/nights were. Considering price and location, our experience was pleasing. Light breakfast items were acceptable and the staff were friendly.

Bathroom was a bit aged or heavily used. Toilet was very low. Shower head was a bit wonky.

Lack of cleanliness. The rooms were gross. Dead bugs, stained comforters, filthy baseboards.

Overall it was a goo stay and great price

The property was better than expected. It was nice and clean, the staff was helpful and friendly. The area was fantastic, next to everything. Nothing was too far away. The only bad thing was our tv remote didn’t work and the breakfast was not good bit overnight was a good stay.

The hotel does need some updating of furniture and fixtures.

The property is convenient to interstate 95 for traveling purposes.

The front desk agent didn’t seem to care about the guests or talk friendly.

Very well cleaned,Definitely a lot quieter then I remember a year ago and rooms didn’t smell like smoke which is a plus! Pool was cleaned & also nice.Love have the place is getting some touch ups.

staff every morning was alittle rude to my husband told him after he made breakfast to bring to me to the room, that breakfast wasn’t aloud in rooms (Which there was no signs that said other wise!) & if I’m eating breakfast at a hotel Iv always ate it I’m the room.

The only thing that I liked was that it was close to all of the food and they offered breakfast

I was under the impression that this was going to be a very nice hotel but when we arrived there were people living there like it was an extended stay. Then they gave my mom two rooms that were already occupied. People were grilling on the balcony and then housekeeping was horrible. They didn't understand us and we definitely didn't understand them. TRUST ME WE WON'T BE STAYING THERE ANYMORE AND I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE STAY THERE!!!!!!!!

Couples getaway

Breakfast and the location

It was a couples outing, and we couldn't use the breakfast area at night to play games and socialize. We had to use one of our rooms to socialize the Friday night, and on Saturday, we used the hotel next to use to play games. One of the couples said there because it had a better rating. I am a travel advisor and wanted to be able to share our experience with potential clients.

The room was comfortable.

I was not happy about the $100 deposit that we had to pay to prove we did not smoke or have a pet. The internet was inadequate. I tried to zoom a meeting and was "frozen" about 50 of the 60 minute meeting.

I have no complaints about anything the staff was good the room was very clean the bed was comfortable they could have been a little improvement on the TV network there was no real stations to watch
