The bed was comfy, I liked the hand soap and the shampoo; the coffee was good
The hair dryer was very old. When I used the high speed setting, it quit working. I have thick hair and drying it on med. takes forever. Also, no coffee in the room!! Really? That seems like a staple now. Also, the carpet and my sheets were damp.

I liked the property and the location. The breakfast was pretty good too.
The front desk girl was very unknowledgeable. I had to wait over 20 minutes for her to figure out how to check me in and I had a broken ankle standing there. She also told my relative my room was upstairs when my room began with a one. And she couldn’t tell me how much the hold would be on my card. These are regular hotel operations and if you don’t know how to do these items you should not be running the front desk by yourself.
