Close location to eat at Ishnala Supper Club. Clean room with comfortable bed. Decent breakfast.
Hairdryer missing from room as well as phone had no cord connecting to wall so was useless. Staff scribbled something on key envelope that turned out to be WiFi password. Had to ask about that as well as breakfast hours. Not a welcoming experience.

It was cost-effective, I chose the hotel because it was on the cheaper side. It was quiet, however, we stayed in August and during the week - so, not as crowded as the June/July crowds. The TV has about 25-30 channels only, but you can use your YouTube or Netflix accounts to watch your favorite shows. We didn’t go there to watch TV, that’s why I am placing this in the “Like” section. If you have one of them children that’s glued to the TV - you might have an issue with this.
My bed/mattress was really bad, I couldn’t get a good-night sleep and rest, at all. This was really disappointing, especially after a long day at the water park. The front desk staff wasn’t helpful and friendly. Also, online it is advertised that the hotel has a fitness center. When I asked the front desk - she said they didn’t have one. Lastly, the breakfast was a skip for us. We went the first morning - the waffle mix was so watered down that even after the waffle was “done” it was liquid inside. So, we went to get breakfast at Mr. Pancake.

Perfect location
They were trying to fix something in the morning and was pounding and hammering around 9am. Woke me up. Do it after check out to fix stuff.
