Avoid at all costs

At least there were no bedbugs.

the carpet was nasty, the bathroom floors were sticky, there wasn't enough towels or soaps in the bathroom for the number of people the room was sold for. there were stains on the sheets and cigarette holes in the bedcovers. The rooms did not lock well, you could see light between the door crack. It's in a seedy part of town with homeless folks loitering around the parking lot. The pool area was not well taken care of and did not look clean. the pool furniture was missing pieces and/or broken. For the price I expected a much better value. It could have at least been clean. We weren't allowed to leave until someone checked the room to be sure we hadn't done any (more) damage. And that's after putting a hold on our card to cover that!

Great location to the train. Nice pool. Room was comfortable but at the pool and by the outside door was too noisy.

Never again.

Not much, staff was friendly and tried to be helpful.

Room smelled of stale smoke. AC unit sounded like a car without a muffler, woke me up everytime it came on.

the pool was cozy a lil on the warm side few polite staff very helpful to the air-conditioning unit replacement

Hot tub was broke and air conditioner didn't work they said they returned my money to my card for the deposit and it been 24 hr and I haven't gotten my money back bath tub handle was lose

the entire hotel reeked of marijuana. the door locks were broke in my room. the noise from other guests was all night and non stop. the facility was deplorable.

miserable, will never go again

The front desk person was rude at check in. the entire building smelled disgusting. the room had black mold on the shower handle. old cigarette burns on the sink. there was brown drops of something on the wall. the heater was a continuous on. we were so hot it never turned off. the continental breakfast was a bag with an apple, apple juice and a hostess pastry. I’m allergic to apples. the next day we were told they were out of food at 730am as well as Tuesday. sadly disappointed in the coffee it was SO bitter. At one point my husband went to go outside to smoke at 4am and was told not to go in and out the front door. He was told to use any other door. he had a card to get in and out, but was told he couldn’t use it.
